Second Stage interior/exterior panel made by the vacuum method (not injection molding).
This method is very suitable for the not-so-big volumes sales models because of the below-mentioned advantages;

AAA) The mold(die) of the panel is cheaper.

BBB) The production lead time from the designing is very short.

CCC) The attachment work of the products is after production off-line (=delivery time).

DDD) Eventually, in case of the limited volume promotion sales, the Second Stage products are very suitable.
We can also make with any requirement or idea from the CAR MAKER AND/OR Dealer if the volume idea reachs to a certain level. After receiving the requirement, we will propose the idea and discuss with the party concerned.

 Each item sith photograph included instruction manual.

 It is a sticking type with double-sided tape.
We will deliver it in the state attached to the product, please peel off the release paper and install it.
We use double-stick tape made by Sumitomo 3M with strong adhesion.

Mold production
Based on modeling data, we produce production type with our own cutting machine

Prototype molding
Produce in the same way as actual products by vacuum forming

Cut prototype
Manually cut and remove the burrs and openings of the molded prototype,
Actually apply to the car body and adjust.

Molded sheet production
Molded sheets are produced according to the color and thickness of parts

Vacuum forming
Vacuum form in such a way that the sheet is attached to the mold

Laser processing
Use machines to cut extra parts of burrs and openings

Assembly
Those made up of multiple parts are assembled manually Quality Inspection

Packing
